LEEZA HERNANDEZ spent every possible moment as a child drawing, doodling and noodling with art. It soon led to career in design, where she learned to keep her art on paper and off her mum’s living room walls. Leeza grew up in England, but leapt to this side of the pond where she now works as a magazine art director and freelance illustrator. Her latest books include DID YOU BURP? How to Ask Questions (Or Not!) by April Pulley Sayre (Charlesbridge), THIS IS THE DAY! by Amy Parker (Scholastic) and the chapter-book series MIA MAYHEM (Simon & Schuster).
