AIMEE HAGERTY JOHNSON has had lifelong love of literature, research, and art that is the heart of her work as an illustrator and author. Every project is an excuse to read, study, and learn! Lived-in landscapes and nostalgic objects ignite her creativity, emerging as wistful backdrops and intriguing details in her paintings. Aimee’s illustrations and writing appear in magazines such as Taproot, Highlights Hello, Ladybug, Root and Star, Spider, and Babybug.
