MENEKA REPKA is an illustrator and teacher living in Victoria, British Columbia. She holds a PhD in curriculum development, an MA in art education, a BEd in education, and a BFA in drawing. Having spent the past decade teaching at both the high school and university level, Meneka now finds that her creative impulses are best realized through making illustrations for children’s books. She is especially inspired by vast landscapes and human-animal relationships.
