Rachel Orr represents both authors and illustrators on a wide range of projects—from board books to YA, both fiction and non-fiction. She joined Prospect Agency in 2007, after eight years working for HarperCollins Children’s Books, and brings her editorial experience to her clients’ work. Charlotte Wenger represents authors and illustrators of fiction and nonfiction children’s books – ranging from board books through YA, but especially picture books. She’s been with Prospect since 2019. Prior to agenting, she was an associate editor for Page Street Kids, where she loved working with debut talent and building relationships with authors and illustrators. She enjoys spending time outside, occasionally crafting, and randomly breaking into song. She lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband and toddler.
